Ladee's yips:
Well, Happy New Year Everyone, looks like we made it to 2004! I know our daddies had a really good time ringing in the New Year with their friends.

Now, on a more serious note, we found out that our Grandpa's Pug, Molly got Suddenly Acquired Retinal Degeneration Syndrome (SARDS), which comes on very suddenly and there is no cure. Poor Molly woke up completely blind the other day. We feel so bad for her. Our daddies tell us how sweet and loving (and active) that she always is, and we wish her the best at being able to learn how to get around now. As always our daddies are definitely willing to do anything they possibly can to help her out!

Woofer's Thoughts:
Here's a website from someone's personal experience with SARDS if anyone is interested in reading more about it. It sounds very hard, but Molly is pretty tough and I know grandma and grandpa love her alot, so that will make it easier to get through. There are so many things that can go wrong with all of us, human people and furry people, I guess we should realize how lucky alot of us are to be pretty healthy, and maybe help some of those that aren't so lucky?
