Ladee's Resolves:
I'm sure Woofer will join in with me congratulating Michael & Joyce on their new baby girl, born the early morning after Christmas!!

Now, it's hard to believe it's about to be another year already...2002 is gone! I guess that means I need to make a couple resolutions and try to stick by them. The first one is for my family...I will try and be a little nicer to other dogs on the street. I will still be on my guard and protect my daddies and brother from harm, but maybe I'll be able to bark a little less and not be so aggressive. The next one is just for me...I have so many toyboxes full of toys (and they are only my toys!) but they are always so messy. I'm going to try to put up my toys better and neater, and organize them a little better so that I can find the specific one I want, when I go looking for it...I won't try to make any harder ones, because these will take alot of my concentration and time, and I don't want to be disappointed over not keeping my resolutions.

Woofer's Thoughts:
I definitely want to congratulate Joycey & my Michael...But I do need to say to Michael, that baby better not take you away from me any extra, because you know how much I like you!

Hmmm I didn't know that Ladee was going to start off with resolutions today or I would have taken the lead. I really don't know anything that I need to change. I'm so loving already and I just want to be a valuable part of the family...Maybe I can snuggle up a little closer or try to eat some doggy breath mints so that when I give my sweet kisses, they don't smell quite as bad?

Thank you Rick for helping Dylan from "Jersey City, NJ" submit his "rebarks".

Dylan's Comment:
Congratulations to Joyce and Michael!! I know that Joyce will be a great mommy, because she is always so nice to me and have given my daddies some good advice on how to take care of me! Here are my New Year's Resolutions: 1) Continue my quest to have as many toys as Ladee. 2) I will try and recogonize when Woofer doesn't want to play and not run after him. 3) I will try and not make my daddies feel so guilty when the leave me alone. (yeah..right). 4) I will learn to sleep late on weekends. (LOL) 5. I will continue to work on making my bark more butch sounding. 6. I will love my daddies, my uncles Tony and Greg and my two best dog friends Ladee and Woofer even MORE!

Thank you Barbara for helping Che'(pronounced Chay) from "Tampa. FL" submit her "resnorts".

Che's Comment:
Here it is New Years' Eve and it is pouring down rain. In a few minutes, I am going to have to let my mommy know that I NEED to go out. I'm dreading getting wet. Let me tell you, Ladee and Woofer, the stories I heard when my friend Barbara got back from New Jersey. She said that you all have it made in the shade (or some out-dated expression). She said that you two rule the roost (oops, there's another expression)...sorry...anyway, she said that you were both perfect and that you both got a lot of loving from her and Kim and Jeremy...and of course, your daddies....she didn't mention anything about Ronnie....I'm anxious to read what you have to say in your next column. I feel like I know you personally....maybe one day. Until then, have a happy new year, be kind to each other and don't fight over your new toys (yes, I heard about that too). Bye for now.
