Ladee's yips:
I guess everyone knows that this week we had the first blizzard that I've been alive to see. It sure was an awesome display. When we went jumping through the snow I noticed that there were still little stray cats running around with hardly anywhere to go. Our daddy Tony went out and shoveled around a neighbor's garage, we thought this was pretty odd but then he told us that it was because that was a nice neighbor that leaves his garage door slightly open for the stray animals to go in out of the cold. He was away on business so Tony left food out for them and made sure there was a way to get in. I think it's cool how our daddy and a neighbor can be so thoughtful to animals that they don't even know, and I'm not even jealous about it!

Woofer's Thoughts:
I always see on daddy Greg's outside cam, that there are alot of little cats running around outside without a home. I'm glad that our daddies and their friends can help them out. I know that's how we got almost all of our siblings, as they were running around outside without a home, and now they are all such nice brothers and sisters (for the most part). I know that there's still alot of snow outside, but soon it will be springtime and that means there will be even more cats and kittens running around outside. That's why our daddies announced this week that ARFF is going to have an Oscar's benefit party on March 23rd. I hope everyone can come, because I love these parties, everyone pets and holds me. Plus it will help our daddies raise money to get all those animals spay and neutered (if I had to be then they do too!). It will also help some of them find homes like we are lucky enough to have. Even if you can't come, maybe you can still send a little donation, every little bit helps and no amount is too small...you can even donate here online!. Anyway, that's it for my preachy column, I just know it's important to our daddies and their friends and to the world itself!

Thank you Rick for helping Dylan from "Jersey City, NJ" submit his "rebarks".

Dylan's Comment:
Woofer, you make great points about the Oscar benefit! Don't forget to tell everyone that there will be really cool stuff being auctioned off, lots of food and drink, two huge screen TVs to watch the Oscars on, and people who fill out the Oscar Ballot and get a lot right could win prizes!! I hope my Daddies bring me--it sounds like so much fun, even though once again, the Academy snubbed all four-legged creatures in the best and supporting actor and actress categories!
