Woofer's Thoughts
Whew...yesterday when I woke up and went outside was I in for a surprise, it was snowing. I thgouth since last year it snowed a little and melted right away we'd all be safe, but no, it kept going all day and into the night. Last night when I went outside, I was freezing and the snow was almost over my head! I was so glad to get back inside and lay by the fireplace, but then after awhile our door buzzer went off and it was so late. I was really pleasantly surprised to see it was my gramma and grandpa Gude that came to see me. I've met grandpa before, but this is the first time I met grandma, and boy are they both so nice! We're going to have such a good time this weekend with them here to visit, and to show them how much I like them, I even let them sleep in my bed with me!

Ladee's Comments
We kept our grandparents visit a secret from Woofer to surprise him, but I knew that they were coming. I love it when they come and visit, they are both so nice. I was a little scared that they were never going to get here with all the snow, and indeed they were held up a long long time because of it, but they finally got here at about 1am. I just want them to know how glad we are that they got here and they can see our snow, and we love having them here!

Dylan's Comment:
I love meeting new people, especially if they are nice, so I can't wait to meet Uncle Greg's parents! I'll try not to jump up on them too much, but I'm so low to the ground and I like to look people in the eye, so I jump! Can I just say that I had no idea what snow was, but I sure loved it! It was so much fun running with Ladee in the snow. It's like being in a whole new place. I didn't even mind too much when the snow stuck to my fur....I just pulled the snowballs off when I got home and ate them. Since I couldn't pick up scraps of food off the sidewalk, this was a good substitute. Again, to the Gude's -- welcome to 126 Webster! I sure do love your kid!

Max's Thoughts
Hey Ladee & Woofer Oh my goodness that snow is beautiful. But I am glad to be here if Florida where it is now 52 degrees and to me being the ole southern guy that I am that is cold, especially since my mom cute my hair yesterday. But at least she lets me lay on the old electric blanket all day so I can stay warm. Now if she could just figure out how to go outside for me.
I am so glad to hear your grandparents finally got in "this morning" we have been watching the news and they have been talking about all the plane delays because of the weather. Glad they got there safe and I want you all to have a wonderful visit. My mom keeps saying she is going back up to visit you guys soon. But she still has a little fear about flying, I know she is working on that so look out one day she will be like the shuttle, on her way! Well take care guys and do stay warm. Tell all hello. Mom and Dad send their love, and me too!
Max
